This Space Is Mine

On a global scale, women are faced with boundaries often constructed by and through cultures. Sometimes, these boundaries are essential to uplift women depending on the certain contexts they are in whilst also providing them with protection. These boundaries begin to create ‘safe spaces’.
This Space is Mine explores what happens when these safe spaces created for women are crossed, and begins to define the relationship between gender and space to question whether these spaces are actually safe?
