This summer, as part of our 25th year celebrations, Sarah Wigglesworth Architects will be opening the doors to our studio where we will be offering regular tours of the office, opportunities to chat with the team, and portfolio review sessions for aspiring architects.
We are excited to host a friendly and relaxed insight into our workplace, showcasing the work that goes on and the people who fill it. We will be giving guests an insight into our projects and workspace (including our artist-in-residence’s studio space), answering questions and holding bookable portfolio surgery sessions. During this surgery, eight slots will be available with members of SWA to review portfolios and get tried-and-tested advice. Anyone is also able to book onto an office tour, booking for both via Eventbrite.
Our Islington studio is a mixed-use building combining an office and house for our director, Sarah, and her partner Jeremy Till. The property featured in the first series of Grand Designs and continues to enchant the public, who visit during our internally-organised open days twice a year (postponed this year while a refurbishment contract is underway in the house). Practice Shared is therefore the sole event showcasing the building in 2019.
See you there!
