Maccreanor Lavington and FCBStudios invite you to join them on a walking tour of their Royal Albert Wharf developments.

Maccreanor Lavington’s masterplan will deliver new homes into the area fostering a mixed community with a range of accessible housing typologies suitable for families and a wide range of residents. The residential heart of the masterplan is set back from the waterfront through a series of intimate spaces, conceived as London Garden Squares. The masterplan was designed around three distinct character areas: the dockside, the riverfront and the residential heart.

FCBStudios’ scheme forms the second phase of the Notting Hill Genesis development and positively addresses the stretch of waterfront to the east establishing a tangible sense of place through the physical and environmental context, its history and its potential future use.
