Poliform collaborate with Rich Stapleton, artist and photographer and present a series of images of London’s architecture.

By taking part in the 15th edition of the London Festival of Architecture, which returns to the UK capital from 1-30 June 2019, Poliform continues its journey of exploration, through which the company seeks new and exciting sources of inspirations.

Considered the largest architecture festival in Europe, installations, debates, tours and theatrical shows will take place throughout the whole city. Everything revolves around this year’s theme “Boundaries”, which will be explored from many different angles and through a wide range of subject areas.

Poliform is interpreting the theme of the event inside its King's Road Showroom via an installation created in collaboration with Rich Stapleton, artist and photographer creative director of Cereal Magazine.

Using a series of images of London’s architecture taken by Stapleton himself, this installation seeks to define the “boundaries” that each city’s buildings inevitably create. Today, cities are privileged places where we can look out and take in the significant political, economic, social and cultural changes that are reshaping the world we live in. In this context, buildings play a key role when it comes to the purpose of boundaries, which establish defined areas with subsequent influences on social relationships and act as a transition point between modern style and classic tradition.
