Passport to Pimlico film screening

What would happen if a new independent state would be created inside London boundaries? Passport to Pimlico is a British comedy in a post-war London setting, where Pimlico is declared a legal part of the House of Burgundy and therefore exempt from the post-war rationing or other bureaucratic restrictions active in Britain at the time.

As part of this year London Festival of Architecture’s theme Boundaries, NLA will revisit this1949 movie with a film screening in the NLA Galleries.
