LONDON 2026: RECIPES FOR BUILDING A FOOD CAPITAL is a five-day, pop-up event where we showcase projects from around the world which demonstrate how cities can be more integrated with food. Three themes are explored: symbiosis, connecting people to nature and alternative sources of protein.
The show is an extension of the original four-month exhibition which ran from February to May 2019, commissioned and hosted by Roca as part of their ongoing cultural programme at the Zaha Hadid-designed Roca London Gallery.
