Expanding Cultural Boundaries – A tour of Peckham with Carl Turner Architects

Cultural spaces make for lively cities. Culture can break down boundaries and transform communities. Within London, Peckham is a creative hub in its own right, with a critical mass of projects providing a diverse and inclusive range of spaces for cultural production, performance and participation.
Over the past three years Carl Turner Architects have been working in the Peckham area to help deliver two new projects that act as platforms for local people by creating opportunities for education, training and employment within the creative sector as well as acting as social & cultural infrastructure for the wider public.
Join Carl Turner Architects on a 'backstage' tour of Peckham Levels and Mountview Academy to hear the story behind these two new groundbreaking community projects.
Peckham Levels tour starts at 4pm outside entrance to PeckhamPlex Cinema.
