Breaking Boundaries through Diversity and Inclusion

Equilibrium Network and Real Estate Balance are working to tackle the gender imbalance in the built environment and real estate sector, especially at senior levels. This year’s event in the London Festival of Architecture, kindly sponsored by Foster + Partners at their Hub in Battersea, will consider:
- boundaries broken to support women’s progression
- best practice today crossing the boundaries of different attitudes and expectations to deliver innovation and creativity
- bridging the boundaries of work, family and life to benefit all.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Managing Director of REB will present their new research “Fast-tracking gender balance across Real Estate, 2019”. A panel of three speakers, including Kate Murphy, Partner and a key project architect for Foster’s Bloomberg HQ in the City and Paul King, Managing Director, Sustainability & Social Impact - Europe at Lendlease, chaired by Pam Alexander OBE, a founder member of Equilibrium, will lead the discussion. Then stay for drinks and networking across the boundaries of our professions.
